About the Role The Sales & Business Development Support role reports directly to the Sales Manager, who is based in the UK. The position primarily involves collaboration with UK-based colleagues. You'll be involved in producing client proposals, managing CRM updates, and helping streamline processes. Key Responsibilities Draft and send client quotations and proposals based on the provided information.Manage CRM updates, including logging appointments and setting follow-up tasks.Track and follow up on client quotes to ensure timely responses.Compile and research potential client lists using business databases.Enter new client contacts into the CRM system and assign tasks for outreach.Send introductory emails and schedule appointments with prospective clients. Experience & Software At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development support role.Familiarity with managing client interactions and preparing professional proposals.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Familiarity with Google Sheets.Advanced skills in using CRM systems.Proficiency in Pipedrive is highly desirable.
