Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Lead Gen/Bid Manager, you will seek out new opportunities and be the quarterback of our bid process. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing winning proposals, and managing all aspects of the bid lifecycle to secure new contracts and fuel our continued growth. Key responsibilities for Lead Generation : ? Work with sales team to understand what type of opportunities they are targeting. ? Use Google Maps/Google/AI/ZoomInfo to help uncover where these types of customers can be found. ? Use ZoomInfo to find potential contacts within the prospective customer. ? Enter these contacts into Salesforce as a lead for the sales team to reach out to. ? The sales team will take over the sales process from here. Key responsibilities for Bid Manager: ? Proactively research and identify potential Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) aligned with our company's strengths. ? Deeply analyze RFP/RFQ requirements to understand client needs and craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition. ? Manage the bid calendar and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently. ? Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to gather necessary information and develop high-quality proposals. ? Track bid results and analyze win/loss ratios to continuously improve our bid strategies. Qualifications ? Excellent Microsoft Excel skills ? Experience in a sales or lead generation role ? Experience with using ZoomInfo and Salesforce ? Strong attention to detail ? Experience in a Bid Manager or similar proposal development role. ? Understanding of government bid process ? A proven track record of winning bids and securing new contracts ? Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and understand complex RFP/RFQ requirements ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and present complex information effectively ? Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines ?
