Lead Game Specialist

Location: Hybrid work setup (depending on the applicant's qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM TO 5 PM)
Salary: To be discussed upon interview

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Between 20 to 40 years old
- 5+ years of game industry experience
- Ability to build and lead a small engineering team
- Credited on at least two commercial games from start to finish
- A wizard at using Unity, C#, and familiarity with common plugins
- A natural knack for building good game architecture
- Experience in multiple aspects of game programming such as tools, gameplay, AI, performance, UI, and graphics
- Able to manage self and work totally unsupervised
- Game enthusiast stay up to date on trends
- Experience with console certification is a plus
