AppCentric is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead for Service Delivery Managers to join our dynamic Service Delivery Team. This role is critical for managing the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team of service delivery managers.
Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry3+ years of experience as a Delivery ManagerStrong background in Service Delivery Management and Project Management (3+ years)Technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycleExperience in operational process developmentAbility to apply quality methodologies across a broad portfolioSolid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBroad understanding of technologies including SAP, Oracle, SailPoint, and moreKnowledge of service transition processes Responsibilities: Manage the operations of Application Services for our clientsOversee operation governance, service provider relationships, and service deliveryMonitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)Handle incident escalations, problem management, and service delivery change managementEnsure seamless application support across service providers and internal resourcesMonitor day-to-day IT operations and manage IT service providers to ensure stable and efficient service deliveryAct as the escalation point for application incidents and ensure effective resolutionManage enhancement requests and support business partners in budget, schedule, and executionProactively monitor SLAs and OLAs with third parties to maintain service levels, particularly availability How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply by visiting our website at AppCentric or sending their resume to ******** .
