Your Mission: As our Lead Financial Accountant, based in Binan Laguna and reporting to the Finance Manager, PH Controllership , you will be involved in managing the full spectrum of the company's accounting processes, including month-end closing, financial statement analysis, and compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local reporting.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: Oversee accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local reporting standards. Manage the month-end close process, including account reconciliation and financial statement accuracy. Lead Controllership for the company's Philippine entities and finance shared service processes. Support internal and external audits, including U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX, while coordinating with auditors. Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and develop financial schedules for audits. Propose and implement improvements to policies and financial control procedures. Participate in ad hoc and process improvement projects for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Proficient in Oracle R12, advanced MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. Able to work independently with integrity and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse cultural environments. It would be Nice if You Have: Exposure to SOX compliance Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
