Salary: Open rate + complete benefits
Set up: Hybrid (At least 2-3x per week)
Work schedule: M-F 8:30 AM to 5 PM, but flexible for officers
Location: Ortigas City
Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field
At least 5 years experience in business improvement and performance measurement projects
Prior experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operational excellence is highly desirable
Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate change within an organization
