JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare the Weekly Assembly Yield Variance Report. Prepare Weekly Yield Loss Report. Prepare Monthly Yield Variance & Loss Monitoring Report. Prepare the Weekly Job Lot Variance (JLV) / Job Cost Variance (JCV) analysis and monthly journal entries in relation to JLV/JCV including entries related to cost of production and standard cost variances. Assist in the preparation of the assembly standard cost for new and existing modified packages. Performs AM/AME Oracle Cost updates and data maintenance. Review weekly billing report send by Cost accountant to Financial Reporting Group intended for AML's confirmation. Prepares the Variance to Standard, Yield Variance and COGS Component Analysis of AMPI during month-end close Monitors and performs necessary action for the Oracle Alerts (Top 10 Frozen vs. Temp Roll Cost, No Frozen Cost, Obsolete Resource) Prepare schedules, analysis and monitoring for Assembly, Test and Probe costing. Assist in the preparation of the annual standard cost plan/forecast for Assembly, Test and Probe Business Units Prepare or analyze plant projects and financial project models. Coordinates and responds to queries and concerns of operations, support departments, finance and other groups in AML/AME Ensures statutory and SOX compliance and provides support to internal and external audits MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy CPA license an advantage but not necessary Working knowledge of the entire finance functions. Keen on details and can explain them Ability to execute financial controls. A firm grasp of all accounting functions Working knowledge of Philippine local finance and accounting practices.
