Lead, Corporate Acquisition

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving overall KRAs pertaining to the count and quality of new companies acquired.Accredits/acquires new companies for Payroll conversion, Salary Loan, and PL wholesale through various activities such as research, due diligence, proposal presentation, and facility as well as corporate account set-up.Ensures proper turnover of accredited companies to Account Management Relationship Managers and conducts initial training for Salary Loans to authorized representatives.Coordinates with external partners, e.g., RBG, CBG, SMEBG, GTB, for leads and client onboarding.Liaises with internal partners to ensure that requests from corporate clients are met within SLA.Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, especially in the performance of the role.Job Requirements Graduate of a business course or business-related course.With at least 5 years of work experience in various areas of Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Service. Experience in loans or any financial institution will be an advantage.Strategic, strong business acumen, and objections handling.Results and goal-oriented.Strong communication and leadership skills.
