Lead Content Writer

**Position Purpose**:
The Lead - Content Writer will be responsible for creating written content that will help provide information and champion the engagement, culture, and brand identity of Everise.
S/he will be developing engaging content that will accurately reflect the company's missions - people-first, diversity and innovation.
Under this role, s/he will be collaborating closely with members of the Marketing, Internal Comms and Engagement teams to produce various types of content that will help champion our company's digital footprint, recruitment, brand awareness, employee engagement and brand reputations in the marketplace.
**Job Requirements**:

- Creating campaign strategies to resonate with both clients and target audience.
- Aligning content whenever customers or clients request changes
- Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is clear and consistent with Everise's messaging
- Working with team members to cover internal engagement and events to define content needs
- Conducting research on any given topic
- Writing articles and blogs about company announcements/events/awards/ launches.
**Qualification**:

- Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
- Good command of the English language
- Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
- Computer literacy, as content writers use computers to create projects and to communicate with their team
- The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects
- The ability to give feedback and provide revisions based on feedback for writing projects
- Has prior 3-5 years of job experience related to content writing.
