JOB SUMMARYThe position is primarily responsible of the following functional areas;-Carpark Operational Transactions-Reports and Documents Preparation and Submission-Staff Management-Spot Audit-Customer Service ManagementJOB SPECIFICSCarpark Operational Transaction-Ensure and Maintain smooth operational transactions of all assigned carpark-Ensure and Monitor strict compliance of all Local Operating Procedures-Conduct carpark inspection regularly-Conduct Sales/Report Reading per carpark assignmentReports and Documents Preparation and Submission-Ensure accurate, complete, and on-time submission of all carpark report-Sales Report-Summary of Revenue with Deposit Slip-Hourly Accountability Summary-Parking Maintenance Report (PMR)-Communication Logbook (PEPSO Format)-Status Report-Scanned Copy of Signed Schedule of employees-Card & Car Inventory-Text Sales & Status of Carpark-Incident Report with Complete Attachment-BIR Report-DTR and OT Summary per cut-off (1st - 15th) (16th - 30th/31st)-KRA-PCF Replenishment-Ensure and maintain an updated carpark logbook.Staff ManagementEnsure effective supervision through clear directions and setting quality expectations to all handled employee-Maintain open communication and coordination with employees-Ensure complete manpower plantilla of all assigned carpark-Ensure and maintain strict compliance with standard grooming and self-presentation of all site employees-Monitor strictly attendance and punctuality of all site employees-Evaluate site employees' performance regularly-Report immediately to the Operations Supervisor and HRAD in charge the following:-Attrition of Site Employees-Resignation/ Replacement-AWOL/ Abandunment of Work-Performance and Work Behavior/Attitude of site employees.-Employees/Carpark Incident Reports-Assist trainees during their training period. Strictly observe and evaluate their performance.-Ensure strict compliance in conducting in and out body frisking and tickler declaration inspection-Strategic scheduling of all employees in the site considering approved leave, request schedule and pre-approved OT.-Ensure implementation of cashier's break time (CR break or Lunch break). Schedule a break time reliever.if there is no available reliever LC will be the reliever.Spot Audit-Conduct Spot Audit regularly-Carpark Cash Handling - Receiving of payment and issuance of receipt procedure - Money Neatness and safekeeping of carpark sales. - Endorsement/ turn-over and acknowledgement of funds procedures - Card and Ticket Inventory (loss or tampered receipts) - HAR/HAS Report versus actual Sales Deposit -Carpark Cleanliness and Orderliness - Ensure cleanliness of the carpark booth and vicinity. Observe strictly NO Obstruction or garbage in the carpark - Report immediately deteriorated tarpaulins and signages and not functioning fixed assets. -Employee grooming and Self Presentation - Ensure complete uniform and good-looking employees.-Site office and carpark supplies - Ensure complete and adequate carpark supplies. Request and receive supplies at the head office.Customer Service Management-Ensure and maintain quality customer service execution of all employees.-Quality Customer Greetings during entrance and exit of the parker-Genuine Smile every customer encounter-Respectful approach to customers.-Attend customer complaints and resolve issues immediately. Document all incidents and inform OS immediately.
