Weeks$4,000-$7,000 performance-based annual bonus Health coverageMatching 401kCompany vehicle Work responsibilities As a Lead Carpenter at Lamont, your job is to lead a team of 2-3 top-notch carpenters and craftsmen to complete high-end remodel projects. You'll be responsible for just one jobsite at a time, so you can focus on doing your best work for each client.

Ideally, a strong candidate for a Remodel Superintendent position will have:
