Job Description Spearheading the design and maintenance of a custom system for the automated deployment of a financial management platform on Azure.Actively participating in Scrum events and leading strategic planning sessions to define sprint goals and ensure successful outcomes.Collaborating closely with the product owner and engineers to refine features and set a high standard of excellence.Promoting personal and team growth by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Leading knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team to enhance collective expertise.Exploring emerging technologies and guiding the evaluation of potential solutions.Your leadership will play a key role in leveraging tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Azure to drive technological advancement.The Successful Applicant Extensive expertise in Terraform and Ansible.In-depth experience with Azure configuration tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, and Az CLI.Proficiency in Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployment, and orchestration.Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and SecDevOps practices.Proven ability to deploy and configure Windows OS and applications.Strong familiarity with the .NET framework and comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure automation.Experience working with the Grafana/Prometheus monitoring stack.Previous leadership experience in a similar role within an international setting.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach.What's on Offer Hybrid (1-2x a month report to office)Annual company travelHMOTravel allowanceRice allowanceClothing allowanceMental-health allowance
