Lawyer - Quezon City - Real Estate

SALARY BUDGET: ?50,000 - ?70,000 + 13th month salary + Overtime pay + Performance bonus + Quarterly bonus + Company car + Company events + Health insurance + Opportunities for promotion + Transportation service provided
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Day Shift; Willing to work overtime
- Must be 45 years old or below
- Willing to START ASAP
- Amenable to report to QUEZON CITY

- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Advantageous for MA or BSc in Business Administration
- Proven work experience of 3-5 years in Generalist, Real Estate, Lawyer, and Legal Advisor roles
- Valid Law License
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Understanding of litigation, property management, and sales transactions
- Understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and taxation
- Initial Public Offering (IPO) experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
- High professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and excellent communication skills
