Responsibilities

As part of the Global Legal Services team, act as key legal advisor and shared services support to regions within the Vestas network in relation to general commercial and construction contracting activities, including:
Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of NDAs.Draft, negotiate and arrange for execution of construction, service, procurement and commercial contracts such as labor hire agreements, leases, purchase and sale contracts, parent company guarantees, escrow agreements, powers of attorney and contracts for goods and services.Engaging with legal and non-legal stakeholders in the global Vestas network.Contract management support in the performance of contracts.Development of contract templates, guidelines and standards. Qualifications Law degreeAdmitted to a recognized bar5+ years' experience in general commercial/contract law at a large law firm or in-house with a major corporate, ideally an international organization. Competencies Effective written and spoken English.Good interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Vestas organization.Good negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues and the ability to work across cultures and geographies.Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.Ability to work smoothly with little or no supervision.
