Filinvest Hotel: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the Laundry Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, orderliness and physical aesthetics of the area of the assignment are maintained in accordance with established standards. Scopes & Responsibilities Quality Assurance Coordinates quality inspection of guest laundry and laundry operation, (Check the quality linens, towels, uniforms, & etc.) per established procedures as guided by established standards.Records and notes down items that requires repair and follow-up.Submits recommendations for repair the machine, spare part purchase request and preventive maintenance schedule to the Laundry Manager for consideration.Coordinates with the Engineering on needed repairs/maintenance work and follows up on outstanding work orders as needed.Follows up and re-checks areas, which are not attended to within acceptable timeframe.Checks on completion and quality of accomplished work. General Cleaning Schedule Ensures the implementation of monthly general cleaning schedules.Coordinates with the engineering team of preventive maintenance schedule of the machines. Inventory and Stock Control Assists in conducting physical inventory of the OPEQ Linens, OPEQ Uniform, chemicals, tools and supplies.Strictly adheres to control procedures in the usage of chemicals and supplies.Assists in the development of new control procedures, as needed. Qualifications College level (at least 2 years in college) or equivalent working experience.2 years as Laundry Supervisor in a Five (5) or Four (4) star international hotel. 5 years as Laundry Supervisor in Two (2) star hotel.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.Solid understanding of housekeeping procedures and knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and sanitation regulations.Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient room turnover and adherence to schedules.Willingness to work in Boracay Island.
