We're looking for a Launch Coordinator to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing support to new Lightspeed customers during their setup and onboarding.
You will collaborate with the Lightspeed onboarding team to ensure all new merchants are set up for success!
Our work has a direct impact on the customer journey and we pride ourselves on ensuring that all customers are treated with the highest level of professionalism and view us as a partner; their success as a business is our success as a company

**What you'll be doing**:
assisting with MPA completion
- Taking care of of Merchant Processing Agreements and mapping agreements to opportunities in Salesforce
- Utilizing secure systems to collect, audit, and store sensitive data, while working closely with our Underwriting team
- Maintaining successful KPIs within your team
- Collaborating with other departments to solve any related issues

**What you need to bring**:

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the sales process, including the imperative to move customers quickly in order to avoid customer churn
- The ability to manage a body of work shared among a group
