Job Summary: As a Language Trainer Coach, your primary responsibility will be to support and mentor language trainers in their professional development and enhance their teaching effectiveness and assessment skills. You will collaborate closely with language trainers providing guidance, feedback, and resources to help them improve their instructional techniques, lesson planning skills, assessment skills, and overall language training skills. You will also facilitate and deliver engaging and interactive online training programs to language trainers. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic virtual learning environment, ensuring that participants receive high-quality training and support. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the learning solutions offered by the company. Responsibilities: 1. Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators. Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for practice to hone trainers' teaching and assessment skills 2. Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors. Provide timely feedback and guidance to participants, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Administer quizzes and other evaluation methods to gauge the participant's understanding and knowledge retention. Analyze evaluation data and provide recommendations for program improvement. 3. Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content, ensuring that they are effective, interactive and visually appealing. 4. Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars. Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in language teaching and share relevant information with trainers and assessors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring. Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR) and their application in training. Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other online training platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, and to provide constructive feedback and guidance effectively. Certifications in online training, virtual facilitation, language teaching, coaching, and language assessments, or related areas are a plus. Powered by JazzHR
