Land Surveyor

Graduate of Geodetic Engineering and Architecture or any related course.
- Has experience in land surveying, involvement in real estate project development, property management and/ or general administration is an advantage but not required.
**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in the administration and management of the rawland properties as may be assigned by the Gen. Admin.
Manager and giving of technical assistance to affiliates in connection with their technical requirements for their real estate properties.
- Inspection of the JAKA group's rawland/ idle properties
- Liason/ coordination with local govt.
agencies
- Coordination with other departments
- Boundary verification survey

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
