Land Project Development Specialist (For Civil Engineers)

Responsibilities

Prepare and update Estimated Land Development CostsPrepare, update, and coordinate PD checklistCoordinate with Permits & Licensing on all required permits and documentation and provide these if necessary/applicablePrepare project narrativesUploading of documents to the existing ERP Others Provide assistance to team members in the department if needed.Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Civil EngineeringWith at least 2 years experience in project development in housingMust be Licensed Civil EngineerMust be knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering softwareKnowledge in Real Estate and affordable housing a plusMust have good people skills and good management skills to handle tasks, timelines, and suppliersMust be able to work well with other departmentsMust be organized, detail oriented, meets deadlines, and resourceful to find solutions to problems
