Requirements: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in real estate land acquisition, titling or post land acquisition documentationProven track record in land acquisition due diligence and administrationStrong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Job responsibilities: Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced propertiesCreate financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced propertiesConduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced propertiesCoordinate with different financial institutions, developers, networks, direct sellers, LGUs, NGOs and cooperatives with regards to initial sourcing requirements. Manage due diligence activities related to land acquisitions, including environmental assessments, title searches, and surveysExamine legal documentation to ensure compliance with all prerequisites prior to finalizing a purchaseScrutinizing title records to establish ownership and identify encumbrances, such as easements and mortgagesCoordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all necessary requirements, details and approvals are obtainedCollaborate with the Legal team to evaluate documents, including Contracts to Sell, MOAs, and DOAS, in preparation for finalizationEnsure that all requisite requirements and details are verified before endorsement for approval
