Land Acquisition Officer

Come up with a pricing structure and identify if there is market potential
- Conduct location evaluation, feasibility studies, recommendations, and revenue projection to deliver business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor reports
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with the Sales Team and LGUs for initial analysis of the prospect properties
- Secure the necessary documents and permits

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Financial Management, Business, Economics, or any similar course.
- Preferably a Certified Project Manager (CPM/PMP)
- At least 3 years of experience in land banking and acquisition, leasing, and business analysis in a **realty business or company**.

**Salary**: Php48,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

- Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
