\n What you'll do: Lead day-to-day operation of the team, ensuring on-time truck arrivals and availability of units Match requirements in collaboration with Procurement, manage potential charges by training truckers, and oversee POD submissions Monitor truck status based on agreed KPIs, address trucker and client issues, and resolve operational challenges Conduct regular truck inventory, ensure timely and complete deliveries, and manage a set of coordinators in day-to-day account management Submit reports as necessary to support operational efficiency What we seek: A team player who can support management and procurement in ensuring that all operational concerns run smoothly What we need: 2 years of operations leadership experience in the traditional logistics industry Data-driverMust be willing to work in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exhange (PITX)
