Laboratory Supervisor/Manager

Is currently looking for:
 

LABORATORY SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or another health and science field

With at least 3 years experience as Laboratory Manager

Excellent Managerial Skills

Expert knowledgeable of Laboratory health and safety protocols.
Experience working in a lab would be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervising staff members to ensure that they are performing their tasks correctly.
Conducting research and development on new products or equipment.
Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed in the lab.
Creating reports with data analysis of findings from experiments.
Training Lab Assistant.
Manage reporting, monitoring, resources, and laboratory personnel.
Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.
Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data.
Ensure the Lab establishes and maintains a calibration program for testing equipment that affect quality results.
