Laboratory Application Support (Level 2)

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience: Previous experience in Level 2 technical support, ideally in laboratory environments or applications.
Laboratory Process Flow: Knowledge of laboratory workflows and procedures.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in LabWare LIMS or similar laboratory information management systems.
Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticket handling application.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps for bug tracking and management.

Night Shift (9:00 pm – 6:00 am)
Makati
Remote (with occasional office visits as needed)
