Laboratory Analyst

Graduate of BS Food Technology or BS Microbiology

Preferably with 1 year experience in Food Manufacturing industry

Can perform micro analysis and inspection of raw materials

**Job Description**:
Ensure conformance of all non-meat raw materials i.e.
spices, ingredients and packaging materials to the specifications set by R&D.
Conducts the following Microbiological Analyses on intermediate and finished products, frozen, canned and R&D samples being developed.
To perform a weekly microbial evaluation on the water and ice supply

To conduct weekly micro analyses on equipments, personnel, working areas to audit if cleanliness and sanitation is within the standards set in order to confirm with GMP.
Prepares the necessary media and glassware for analyses

Control the inventory of media glassware

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the following equipments: refrigerator, colony counter, pH meter, incubators, pressure cooker, analytical balance

To accomplish and record all micro analyses results for the purpose of documentation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
