Laboratory Aide

1. Receive and record incoming samples.
2. Safekeep, scan, store documents received from incoming samples.
3. Receive various material deliveries other than supplier samples such as equipment, furniture, utensils, raw and packaging materials.
4. Prepare and record samples requested by commercial (outgoing samples).
5. Prepare samples for SPF test.
6. Check and record stability test.
7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Laboratory.
8. Ensure enough stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies.
9. Help Application Technologist during laboratory batch trials.
10.          Help Application Technologist in preparing equipment, tools, glassware and raw materials used in prototyping.
11.          Wash and sanitize equipment, tools and glassware after prototyping.
12.          Properly store all raw materials used for prototypes.
13.          Assist Application Technologist in sensory evaluation of prototypes.
14.          Assist commercial and Application Technologist on preparations for seminars and innovation drives.
15.          Help with any request from Application Technologist and commercial team.
16.          Maintain calibration and maintenance records of all lab equipment and alert Application Technologist for scheduling of calibration and preventive maintenance.
17.          Assist in filling out technical documents required by customers (questionnaires, technical data sheet, non-gmo cert, allergen declaration, safety data sheet, etc.)

Requirements:
• BS Chemical Technology, BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• No Food Allergies (gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, seafood, nuts)
• No Skin Conditions/Allergies
• Residing in Laguna Area or Alabang
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Willing to be trained on research and development including operation of different equipment in the laboratory.
