Labor Relations Supervisor (Pampanga)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant degree
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Experience in handling employee discipline
- With at least 2 years of work experiences related to labor relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
- Conduct investigations (end to end process)
- Assist in formulation of company policy
- Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards

SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
