LABOR RELATIONS SUPERVISOR (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

? Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant
degree
? Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
? Experience in handling employee discipline
? With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline
? Conduct investigations (end to end process)
? Assist in formulation of company policy
? Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
