Job Title: APAC FSO Talent Development Deployment Specialist
This individual will support functions within the APAC FSO Talent team, focusing primarily on Talent Development (TD) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). They will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end deployment of various training programs and will serve as the key contributor for all administrative support and reporting related to these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide comprehensive support for Talent Development (TD) and Learning & Development (L&D) programs across various initiatives.
? Assist in the end-to-end deployment of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training programs.
? Support learning sessions as a Zoom producer, managing setup, breakout rooms, and recordings, as well as overseeing the engagement application, Slido.
? Oversee and track the progress of online learning programs, ensuring engagement and completion.
? Maintain learning portals and manage SuccessFactors administration, including creating course items, generating CE reports, and assigning CEs upon course completion.
? Monitor budgets for learning programs, including invoice preparation, accrual forms, and rebilling activities.
? Develop and uphold best practice learning documentation, analyze learning data, and generate reports for management.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a talent team, a plus if it's a learning and development department.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
? Detail-oriented with a positive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
? Proficiency in MS OUice Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plu
