The opportunity This job posting offers a fixed term role of Virtual Talent Hub - Learning Deployment Specialist – Senior Associate – Assurance in Global Learning Deployment Team.
Period: 1 October 2024 by 31 August 2025, full time equivalent.
This role presents a unique opportunity for you to establish yourself as a key part of the team and experience working in our dynamic and international environment.
This role is crucial in bringing the learning content live to learners across EY, help EY professionals continuously learn and develop and contributes to EY purpose of Building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities Support end-to-end deployment of global, area, and multi-region learning courses for the Assurance Portfolio, delivered through virtual channels (VCs, webcasts, eLearning) and physical classroom programs (if needed). Support various global deployment projects and support EY Regions in their local deployment. Manage participant registration, communication, and overall participant experience. Support sourcing of facilitators for Learning courses and ensure they are adequately prepared for course delivery. Liaise with TSS supporting teams around learning administration. Create and manage Scheduling Offering requests for learning courses. Book virtual producers for virtual classrooms and manage communication and coordination with them. Take care of ad hoc requests during the class (following up on no-shows and reporting to regions). Take care of post-course activities (managing Calculo, awarding classes, collecting class and facilitator ratings, closing the class, and reporting no-shows). Support monitoring of consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curricula. Support drafting and publishment of event communications, including calendar invites, reminders, and other relevant notifications. Contribute to the effective measurement of learning solutions for the portfolio and seek to continuously improve internal practices to best in class standards. Skills and attributes for success Strong project management skills. Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills – work effectively with colleagues, teams, and various stakeholders in different geographical locations, along with ability to build strong relationships in a multicultural environment. Strong English language skills – written and verbal. Eye for details. Reliability. Knowledge of learning deployment processes and standards. Knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors. To qualify for the role you must have  Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: Learning, Deployment, Talent Development, HR, Events management, Operations. Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way. Demonstrable experience of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments to deliver required results. Ideally, you'll also have Knowledge and understanding of diverse virtual platforms, digital, virtual communication etc. Knowledge of Learning & Development tools, technologies and platforms that can be leveraged in deployment. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in finding new ways of doing things.
