Job purpose:
GDS Assurance operates in accordance with International Standard on Quality Control (ISQC) 1- Quality Control for Firms that Perform Audits and Reviews of Financial Statements, Other Assurance and Related Services Engagements and EY Global Assurance policies. The individual is required to support all learning and development related activities.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities of an Assurance Associate -Learning & Development:
? Be responsible for delivering highest quality on every task assigned in line with the expectations set out by the supervisors.
? Demonstrate basic understanding of handling operation/support activities.
? Build knowledge about the service line, teams, tasks and key stake holders.
? Develop relationship with key stakeholders
? Daily training related logistics handling, maintaining and providing data required to teams as per set frequencies.
? Develop understanding of various reporting requirements and prepare the same.
? Issue handling and appropriate escalation in a timely manner Desired Skills and Experience:
? 0-1 year of work experience in operations/administrative function
? Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills
? Robust logical and reasoning skills
? Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure
