DescriptionPosition: Learning and Development Specialist
Goals of the Position: Understand the development needs for our employees, create new and engaging resources to create consistent development opportunities across the Ionos community. Deliver training programs in an effective, efficient, and innovative manner.
Main Responsibilities:Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.Creates, updates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.Performs other related duties as required.Provides administrative support for career development initiatives, programs, and events.Works extensively with tools available to ensure correct reporting and metrics are captured.Provides partnership and support to ensure questions and feedback are addressed.Others:Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned by superior according to the need of the Company.Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support of the goal of the company.RequirementsFormal Qualifications: Currently living in Cebu City.Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent experience within the career development field required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Team worker, responsible, delivery-oriented.Training certifications an advantage.Job Specifics: Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.Ability to design and implement effective training and development.Extremely proficient with Google Documents, Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.Be a self-starter who is comfortable with some ambiguity.Seek feedback and iterate designs efficiently so the experiences remain up to date and relevant.Have experience designing and/or delivering experiences, classes, or programs for customers.Have a passion for quality and generating enduring impact.Working LocationJDN Square Residential Suites And IT Center.
