L3 Application Support - Deployment

As a member of the Delivery & Integration Service, the L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer is responsible for the successful installation and deployment of IT Europe applications in production & non-production environments. The Deployment Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and Project Managers.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
The L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer will be in charge of the following:
? Pipeline implementation on Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps
? Administration of Microsoft Team Foundation
? Configuration and applications deployment
? Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner. Capacity to raise clear issues/problems to developer or to dedicated teams for resolution
? Recommend deployment process improvements (analysis, automation, procedures) in order to improve deployment service quality
? Assist in the deployment plan?

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
? Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related field
? At least (3) years of experience in a Development or Deployment Engineer position
? DevOps certification is a plus
? Customer oriented
? Capacity to analyze and be structured
? Good procedures writer
? Ability to work independently yet within Delivery and integration service guidelines
? Candidate must be open to report onsite at least 3x a week in Alabang.

Required Technical Skills:
? Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps Solution - CI/CD (Mandatory)
? Windows Server (mandatory)
? Web application servers (Microsoft IIS) (mandatory)
? Script languages: PowerShell (Mandatory)

Nice to Have Technical Skills:
? Linux (option)
? Cloud solution knowledge: AWS, Azure
? Development tools knowledge: Microsoft C#
? Database: Microsoft SQL, SQL Query (Basic knowledge)
? File transfer protocol: FTP, Shares, or any other solution
