Job Description

They are looking for someone who has a knack for solving problems, self-motivated, highly experienced to play an important part in their pioneering local team in the Philippines to work full-time, long-term and remotely.
**Company Profile**:
Our client is US-based IT company serving Northern New Mexico.
They deliver custom designed Network Services for a range of businesses including Construction, Legal, Medical, Manufacturing, Hospitality and others.
At the moment, they are putting together a small team of IT support professionals that can effectively collaborate with their support team in New Mexico US.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Process and Close 7-12 Client Support Tickets/day
Talk directly with customers via phone and remotely assist them with PC/Software/Helpdesk issues
Support our 65+ customers and 2300 endpoints
Collaborate with a Team of IT Professionals over chat throughout the day, and during a daily morning huddle
Work with a stack of professional-grade support tools including remote access to PC and Mac workstations/Windows servers, cloud managed firewalls and switches, O365 and Azure portals
Provide professional client communication and follow established and documented processes to resolve end user support issues
Be creative and find innovative long-term solutions for emerging issues
Document resolutions into a shared knowledge base
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate and updated documentation.
Develop and maintain your technical knowledge base of our clients.
Assist with new user setups
Be a resource to our team in Research and Development

**Must-have Skills / Qualifications**:
At least 4 years of working experience as an IT Support/Helpdesk Support with skills & exposure on the following:
Windows Server
Azure and O365
Active Directory managing Group Policy, etc.
Firewalls and security devices
Switches and infrastructure
Network Protocols DNS, DHCP, RADIUS
Time management and attention to detail
Proven ability to set and manage client expectations
The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to document technical environments in a standardized and organized fashion
Ability to follow ordered instructions and checklists to produce standard results.
Exceptional customer service and excellent English communication skills on both written and verbal to effectively communicate with US-based clients and counterparts
