What we are looking for?
Strong communication skills and a thorough grasp of computers are required for the post of L2 I.T Helpdesk.
in addition to diagnosing and managing workstations and online services such as Microsoft Office 365, Cyber Security, and remote support.
Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Record, track and document helpdesk requests and problem-solving process.
- Priorities, schedule, and escalate issues(when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
- Creating SOP for new processes

Required Skills and qualifications
- Degree in BS in Information Technology or related
- Strong background in networking, software, and hardware
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Proficient in a ticketing system
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Tayabas, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Helpdesk Engineer: 1 year (preferred)
