L1 Soc Analyst (Hybrid)

Qualifications:
1-2 years of solid background in the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR).
Basic knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions
Ideally certified with entry-level qualifications like CompTIA Security+, Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).
Bachelor's graduate
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
Hybrid setup: RTO 1-2x onsite/week in Pasig City
Can start immediately

Scope:
Monitoring & Detection: SIEM Tools, Log Analysis
Incident Triage & Response: Initial Analysis, Escalation, Playbook Execution
Threat Intelligence & Reporting: Threat Awareness, Documentation, Collaboration
