**L1 - IT Desktop Support****Scope**:- The IT Desktop Support staff reports to the IT Workforce Manager.- Manages and provides hardware and software maintenance.- Provides technical services in an effective and efficient manner to ensuremaximum access to and implementation of technology services andresources of BPOSEATS.**Tasks and Responsibilities**:Hardware:- Maintain BPOSEATS computer systems, equipment and peripherals, asrequested.- Assist internal and external clients of BPOSEATS.- Assist with, provide technical support, troubleshooting resolution andupdating/upgrading of computer hardware, server, security andsurveillance systems.- Assist other IT personnel in the site offices when required.Software:- Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of software.- Set up PC system user accounts, when requested by internal and externalclients.Network Management:- Check the ISP and network system on a daily basis and provide initialtroubleshooting when the need arises.- Carry out routine network maintenance tasksAdministration:- Liaise with suppliers for the supply of IT equipment, tools and repair ofequipment / devices under warranty contract.- Monitor inventory of IT items, PC systems, equipment and peripherals.- Other tasks or projects assigned by the BPOSEATS Management.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology,Computer Science and related courses.- Two (2) years' experience as IT Desktop Specialist- Must have a working understanding of networks, software and hardware.- Must be able to work with different levels of the organization and mustunderstand structure.- Knowledgeable in Operating System configuration**Salary Range: Php 13,000.00/month****Salary**: From Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear facemask.
