As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be primarily responsible for providing world-class customer service.
Your role will be to provide accurate information about products and services.
A Customer Service Representative is a role where you efficiently help customers, you are flexible problem-solver, and are confident at troubleshooting.
You investigate if you do not have enough information to resolve customer queries.
At the same time, you are patient, empathetic, and very communicative with others.
a Customer Service Representative has at least basic computer skills and the capacity to stay focused in a busy work environment.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as single point of contact for client queries and engage clients to gain a full understanding of client service needs and gaps
- Take ownership of assigned client support tickets and ensure prompt resolution to all client inquiries and issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Adapt and select appropriate templates for responses to repeated issues
- Understand and adhere to escalation matrix for complex or high priority issues
- Demonstrate exceptional prioritization and time management skills and, through escalating when appropriate, maintain and enhance long-term client relationships
- Continually build familiarity and knowledge of product offerings and become the domain expert on the usage of all features within the app
**Requirements**:

**Technical**:
- Experience using Zendesk or an equivalent customer service software preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
**Behavioral**:
- Have a can-do approach to resolving client requests
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Qualifications (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)**
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a role with a strong client management focus
- Financial services experience preferred but not required
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
**Languages**
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Speech, Wriiten, Reading, Comprehension).
