Job Description
Provide first-line technical support for applications, addressing user inquiries and issues via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Utilize SQL to run queries and analyze data to identify and troubleshoot application issues.
Assist users with Excel-related queries, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Understand and handle basic XML tasks, including parsing and data extraction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to solutions.
Document issues, solutions, and FAQs for knowledge management.
Conduct basic training for end-users on application functionality and best practices.
Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the technical team.
Stay updated with application features and changes to provide informed support
