Kyc Analyst

Job Description ***Remote Position @ Philippines (including but not limited to): As a KYC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing customer applications to verify the submission of all necessary information.
Proactively contacting customers to follow up on any missing information or incomplete applications.
Requesting additional information from customers when required, in order to determine eligibility or complete an application.
Conducting thorough customer risk assessments by meticulously reviewing account documentation and identifying potential risks associated with individual customers.
Collaborating closely with other members of the compliance team to develop and implement effective strategies for ensuring compliance.
Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the management.
Adhering strictly to departmental policies and procedures to maintain a high level of integrity and security.

Job Type: This is a full-time position with most work hours scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service with KYC Background, preferably in an online gaming environment.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate assessment and documentation of customer information.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify and assess potential risks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact with customers and team members in a professional and helpful manner.
