Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or any course
With at least 5 years related working experience in BPO
7 years experience with Kronos/UKG and cloud applications.
Experience managing on-premise and cloud based Timekeeping solutions
Strong background in UKG Workforce Central Time and Attendance

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of leading implementation and ongoing migration, maintenance and administration of UKG.
Responsible for developing program specifications for system components.
Will coordinate testing of new application releases/bundles and act as SME to address application issues.
Will provide senior management, IT management, and HR management with an integrated business perspective
In charge for facilitating the training of the Kronos team in the use of the application and/or optimization of product
