QUALIFICATIONS?

College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration or other related courses
With or without experience as Store Manager
Knows Korean Language fluently
Must have good customer service
Strong leadership and management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the daily operations of the store
Leads store in achieving performance targets
Implements programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations
Manages people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinates
Handles the store's profit and loss for cost management
Willing to work in Poblacion, Makati
