Position: Mandarin VIP Service Host

Responsibilities:
? Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
? Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
? Handle customer and other department inquiries.
? Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
? Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
? Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
? Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
? Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
? Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
? Demonstrate professional capabilities and establish good relationships with various departments and partners.
? Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Chinese and English.
? Possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
? Confident, independent, and self-motivated.
? Adhere to departmental and company guidelines and policies.
? Presentable appearance, excellent service, organizational, and communication skills.
