Role Summary:
As an entry-level translator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services from Japanese or Korean to English. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on translation project coordination, preparation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, including translation quality levels, project deadlines, and client expectations.
* Review and edit translation files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and stylistic consistency.
* Coordinate with project managers and clients to provide regular updates and follow-ups on project progress.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of translation project files to meet project deadlines.
* Keep accurate records of translation file versions and review comments to maintain document integrity.
* Familiarize yourself with style guides, terminology, and translation software tools.
* Conduct research and analysis to better understand the specific cultural and linguistic nuances of Japanese/Korean to English translation projects.
