Job Description Provides assistance to customers during Emergency and Informational Calls. Coordinates and corresponds with Public Safety Answer Points and arrange of the required help during emergency cases. Provides the customers with information required during Informational services calls. Exhibits Premium services to all automobile customers. Records all important information regarding the calls in the systems Reports all technical difficulties experienced during the call. Qualifications Personality: team player, strong customer service attitude, pro-active, positive "can do" attitude, and stress resistance in emergency situations Knowledge and experience: Minimum of 6 monthsexperience in customer service. Line of Business: Mobility Services Working practice: strong attention to details, quality-conscious and results-driven Languages: Fluent communication skills (oral and written) in Korean andBusiness English Education: Bachelor's degree in any field Schedule: Willingness to work in rotationschedule,holidays and working on-site Additional Information Kindly fill out our Application Form and attach your resume in your application.
