We are a dynamic company seeking a talented KOL / Influencer Relations Specialist / Business Developer to join our team. This role combines traditional marketing strategies with innovative influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute events that integrate media and influencer participation, such as product launches, and influencer gatherings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate traditional and influencer-driven content
• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms
• Manage end-to-end project coordination, including briefing influencers, overseeing content creation, and ensuring timely delivery
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry editors
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
Qualifications:
• 6+ months of related experience would be favorable but not necessary
• Can work onsite
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and relationship management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms
