Job Overview:
The KOL and Influencer Collaboration Specialist will work across two key areas of the business: Content and Business Development. This role focuses on leveraging KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Content Division:Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with KOLs to develop content that resonates with their audience while aligning with brand goals.Campaign Content Creation: Coordinate content creation with KOLs, guiding them on messaging, visuals, and formats (posts, videos, etc.). Curate and share influencer-generated content on the brand's own social media channels or website.Content Performance Analysis: Track the performance of influencer content through KPIs like engagement, reach, and audience sentiment.Business Development Division:Responsibilities: KOL Identification & Outreach: Research and identify top KOLs and influencers in the industry who align with the brand's audience and values. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and influencers to secure long-term partnerships.Negotiation & Partnership Management: Negotiate contracts and compensation with KOLs and influencers.Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the execution of KOL-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor influencer partnerships and ensure content is delivered on time and within scope.Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the budget for KOL marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track campaign spend and ensure that projects stay within budget. Prepare reports on campaign performance for senior management, detailing KPIs and ROI.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with internship experience related to influencer/KOL marketing.Experience: 2-3 years in influencer or KOL marketing, or business development with influencers/KOL collaborations.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in social media analytics tools and different social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
