Good Neighbors International Philippines (GNIP) is an international and development organization working across the country. It has a partnership with the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in implementing a three-year project on "Enhancing Fisheries Productivity and Expanding Value Chain for Income Generation of Marginalized Fishermen in Northern Palawan, Philippines." The project will help the fisherfolk in El Nido and Taytay to improve their productivity, enabling access to a wider market, and improve their sources of livelihood.
Essential Responsibilities: Provide overall supervision on the fishery project business management.Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive fishery business growth.Prepare materials for training and guidance to achieve sales and marketing goals.Provide direction and support in the conducting techniques managing cold storage facilityCoordinate with stakeholders, and organization members in ensuring consistency of the overall business objectivesManage budget for the fishery business project sales and marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Proven expertise in the fishery management business (sales and marketing)Good knowledge and experience in Cold Storage Management a preference.5-10years project management experience.Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in the English language.In-depth understanding of the local fishery context.Preferably a resident of Palawan or nearby province / willing to relocate in the project area.High proficiency in MS applications.
