As a knowledge manager, you will be a leader and owner of a part of the portfolio of KM processes, repositories, and tools. The role itself creates a unique opportunity to co-create one of the Lingaro's most strategic enabler function.
Tasks: Implement and own selected knowledge management processes that serve delivery and go-to-market functions. Manage Knowledge Repositories: ensure they are up to up-to-date, accurate, and easy to navigate. This includes managing databases, documents, guides, and FAQs. Disseminate and promote the knowledge assets across the company in collaboration with the internal communication team. Implement Knowledge Management Systems: Identify, select, and implement the most suitable knowledge management systems and tools to support the company's knowledge needs. Promote Knowledge Sharing Culture: Foster an environment that encourages the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the knowledge management strategy aligns with overall company objectives. Monitor knowledge usage and knowledge asset users' satisfaction to ensure continuous process and content improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience working in knowledge management positions in recognized international consulting or IT services companies. Strong understanding of Knowledge management principles and methodologies. Prior experience with knowledge management platforms and tools. Process Management experience (defining, leading, monitoring, and improving the process). Change management experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality documentation and records. Great communication and collaboration skills – ability to engage with senior experts and leaders in the organization. Great command of Microsoft 365 (especially PPT, Word, Excel, and SharePoint). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Strong ownership and ability to get things done. Curiosity and willingness to find smarter ways of doing things. A proactive attitude and positive approach to challenges. Requirements: Stable employment.
