Kitchen Staff (Baker)

We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare and bake various bread, pastries, and baked goods.
You will monitor ingredient stocks, maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, assist with food preparation, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked items according to recipes.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and reorder when necessary.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, such as measuring ingredients and mixing.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation of meals.
• Follow food safety standards and procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
• At least 2 years of previous experience as a baker or in a kitchen setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
• Open to working a flexible or rotating schedule
• Willing to work in SBFZ, Olongapo City
